Synergy

Patentkali was developed to provide nutrients in the correct ratio for optimum plant growth. Potash, Magnesium and Sulphur all have a type of synergistic relationship with Nitrogen whereby the effect of providing them together has a pronounced effect on growth.
Not only does this mean that Nitrogen is more effectively used for crop growth but it also means that since all supporting nutrients are present for N uptake, less excess Nitrogen is present in the soil where it can be leached and lost from the system. Costly for the grower and costly in the environment.
It is also widely accepted that the balance between levels of Potassium and Magnesium in the soil is one which should be carefully managed in order to prevent either of the nutrients becoming unavailable due to antagonism. It is suggested that this balance should not be below 1 part potash to 2 parts Magnesium or potash deficiency will likely result. Conversely if the ratio is above 4 parts potash to 1 part Magnesium, then Magnesium problems could occur. By providing these two nutrients at the same time and in a soluble form, this critical ratio can be managed more easily.
Another natural synergy occurs between Nitrogen and Potash so that when you apply the Nitrogen requirement for the crop, the necessary system is in place to fully benefit from this N.
Sulphur too is critical for the production of protein and so is always associated with N.
And what is the element which is at the heart of chlorophyll ?, Magnesium of course.
The ratio in Patentkali therefore is perfectly developed for maximum nutrient availability at all times.
